Service Overview

SEO services are intended to provide Customers with preferential positioning in selected search engines and report results on an ongoing and timely basis. SEO services are not limited to:

  • A comprehensive list of Keywords and Phrases relevant to Customer’s desired Search Terms
  • Web Page Creation, Edits and Custom Programming, Code & Content optimization. Painless Technologies will create or edit Customer’s existing Web Pages to include various HTML tags, content, text or other elements as deemed necessary in order to aid submissions to selected search engines and directories.
  • Design site to increase brand value, support mobile responsive layout, and employ dynamic navigation using standard template format. Cost of stock images + search additional (if needed)
  • Monthly Ranking Report to show current rankings in search engines for each keyword.
  • Google Analytics reports to show current visitors, visits, traffic and positioning of Customer’s website
  • Competitor analysis report showing competitors rankings strength in various search engines
  • On Going Off-the-Page Marketing & Link Acquisition. Depending on package selected, Painless Technologies will create exposure throughout the Internet by deploying and creating some of the following strategies:
    • Local Directory and Citations Submissions
    • Local Business Listings in Major Local Directories
    • Article Marketing
    • Social Media Exposure (customize profiles, develop content on selected social sites)

Service Expectations

SEO is the process of increasing your Search Engine positions for desired keywords. In order to properly complete this, having a website that offers value to users is the first step. The next step, like any offline business that grows, requires proper marketing. We will be exposing your business to the right areas of the Internet, just like how you expose a business in a local community to gain exposure. Just like marketing in the offline world, creating transparency and exposure on the Internet takes time and the search engines rewards companies who have consistency. Therefore, SEO doesn’t yield immediate results.

During this month Painless Technologies will optimize and enhance your entire site, conduct keyword research, competitor research, and ensure your company is listed in the major local and theme related directories. Begin link-building efforts.
Month Two+
During Month Two and ongoing, consistent marketing efforts are put forward. We continue link-building efforts and on-page optimization, plus create and post content relating to your company and business. This content does not directly promote your business in most cases and is intended to create value to the Internet, in turn, your website is rewarded for providing an abundance of content.

Result Expectations

Since this is a service to drive qualified traffic and not convert that traffic, expectations of this service should be measured by search engines rankings in both Local Business Results and the Organic Results.

Since results take time and no single company on the planet can promise results, we expect to get you listed in the top 10 listings of the organic results and listed in the top 10 results of the local business results for your top converting and relevant keywords. You can expect these results within six months, or we have failed. In most cases, these results are achieved between the second and fourth month of marketing. When looking at your website analytics, you should expect a significant increase in traffic from the search engines. While we have not measured offline sales, the increase in rankings and increase of qualified traffic should proportionally increase sales.

Client Will Provide

Usable digital files of content for all pages, supplemental graphics, photos, etc. as requested. Offer keyword research and suggestions. In order to meet target dates, Client will respond in a timely fashion to Painless Technologies’s requests for information and feedback throughout the project.

Payment Terms & Conditions

SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION: Client agrees to pay the fee as stated in “agreement.” Fee must be received prior to the start of any services provided. All payments shall be made in US$ by credit card, unless otherwise agreed by Painless Technologies. Painless Technologies shall have no obligation to begin work prior to receiving the Monthly Payment. The Painless Technologies SEO Consultant shall work with the Client to formulate an overall Search Engine Optimization strategy to improve the performance of the Client’s website, for the Keywords selected.

Small local businesses want exclusivity: Painless Technologies agrees not to work for any of your competitors while we are working with you, providing all payments are current. Any outstanding payments subject the non-complete disclosure null and void.
